What documentation is supplied with shipment?

What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 10 pcs for standard models and 500 pcs for custom OEM configurations. Standard production lead time is 15–25 days after order confirmation and deposit; allow 25–35 days for OEM builds.
Is the DT/ST series bidirectional?
Yes. An input voltage selector switches between 110–120V and 220–240V, so the same unit steps voltage up or down depending on the setting. This is what makes it usable in both 110V and 220V markets.
How do I choose the right capacity?
Add up the continuous load of everything you will connect, then leave headroom for start-up current. For resistive loads, 20–30% headroom is normally enough. For motors, compressors and pumps, induction start current can reach three to six times rated current, so step one size up.
Is there a fuse or circuit breaker inside?
Yes. Units are fitted with fuse or MCB protection on the input side, along with an ON/OFF switch and carrying handle. Sockets are optional and can be specified for your market's plug standard.
